Responsibilities: I am responsible for managing a team that plans recruitment and for recruiting new graduates and training them after they join the company.

What Are Your Thoughts on the Company’s Philosophy?: When I was a student I said, ‘I can't wait to work!’ I can't wait to grow up!" I wanted to grow up as soon as possible. I want to create a society where people can take pride in their work, which makes up a large part of their lives. We want to create a society where people can work with pride in their company, their colleagues and their services.
What Are Your Future Goals and Vision?: When I joined the company, the organisation had about 10 people. The number of people has gradually increased and we will soon have 100 people. Even as we grow, we will continue to put our philosophy into practice and create an organisation that works vigorously.
Hobbies & Current Interests: Going camping and festivals with the family.
What Was Your Childhood Dream?: I had always played baseball as a child and wanted a job related to baseball.
