- Where everyone is always aiming to be better and better than they are now and where they look at people and not just at work. I also like the fact that everyone loves Careermap.

- I would like to see a world in which people who know why they are doing this work, know what the future holds for them, feel excited about the challenges they face, and take the initiative to enjoy the growth of not only themselves but also all those involved, are connected and spread outwards.

- Watching sports (Hanshin Tigers), completing a full marathon just under the time limit, visiting red seals

What Was Your Childhood Dream?
- I love watching the Osaka International Marathon, I always make sure to watch every marathon, I admire Arimori and it was my dream to become a marathoner. I couldn't become a marathoner, but I was able to complete the marathon!
