Responsibilities
- I receive passes from the inside sales team and make proposals for the introduction of Careermap. By learning about the client's business, their previous recruitment efforts, and future hiring plans before making a proposal, my desire to "make the client's recruitment a success!" grows stronger. Since we specialize in specific industries, I also get to learn about the interesting aspects of these industries, which makes it very enjoyable!

What’s the Good in Good News?
- It’s the character of the colleagues I work with! There are many people who, in a good way, don’t act like typical salespeople. Because they genuinely want to be close to our clients and work "together with the clients," I believe that's why we’re trusted and entrusted with work. When I call customers we've worked well with, sometimes they tease me, saying, "What kind of good news are you bringing us today?" (laughs)

What Are Your Thoughts on the Company’s Philosophy?
- During my job search, I was determined not to become a professional who dreads Mondays. I remember how much the corporate philosophy of Good News resonated with me. When I was asked during the final interview, "What do you think you should do to realize our philosophy?" I answered, "First, I will work with energy and enthusiasm, and I will spread that energy to others!" I will continue to embody this in the future.

What Are Your Future Goals and Vision?
- I am fortunate to be surrounded by both a great company and wonderful clients, providing me with numerous opportunities to grow. I believe the best way we can repay our clients is through a successful hiring experience, so I want to always maintain a supportive attitude toward achieving hiring success and contribute to the company’s growth. Additionally, in order to create a future where people can work with energy and enthusiasm, I aspire to be someone who can identify and communicate the strengths of our clients.

What Was Your Childhood Dream?
- My childhood dream was to become a rice farmer. There were many rice fields around my house, and I used to buy rice directly from a farmer I knew, so rice farming felt like a familiar occupation. I loved the sweet and fluffy rice, and from a young age, I thought that becoming a rice farmer would allow me to enjoy all the delicious rice I could possibly want, grown through self-sufficiency!
