Responsibilities

I specialize in the foodservice industry at Careermap, handling business negotiations with around 30 to 40 companies each month. I work closely with businesses and stores looking to hire new graduates from vocational schools for positions such as chefs, pastry chefs, and bakers (boulanger). My role involves helping them understand how to effectively use Careermap, creating systems for new graduate recruitment, analyzing their current situation, identifying challenges, and offering tailored solutions for each company.

What’s the Good in Good News?

The fact that like-minded individuals who resonate with the company’s philosophy have gathered together is one of the most attractive aspects, as it ensures that our direction remains consistent. Above all, the people are truly appealing. Additionally, because there is a wide range of ages actively contributing, I am able to encounter diverse experiences and perspectives, leading to many new insights and discoveries.

What Are Your Thoughts on the Company’s Philosophy?

I’m a returning employee, and it’s truly wonderful to see that the philosophy established back then is still upheld today. "Creating a future where everyone works with vitality, together." This sentiment has remained unchanged for me, both when I first joined and now as a returning employee. It’s an amazing philosophy.

What Are Your Future Goals and Vision?

I joined Good News a few years after its founding and worked there for 5 years before becoming independent for 10 years. Now, I’m back at Good News again. While I am doing my best to adapt to the current environment at Good News, I still have a long way to go. My goal is to overcome challenges, leverage my strengths, and become someone who can lead the company while maximizing the potential of each individual.

Hobbies & Current Interests

I enjoy drinking alcohol in a fun, relaxed way. During the 10 years after becoming independent, I wasn’t able to spend much time with my family, so now, playing with my kids is the most important thing to me.

What Was Your Childhood Dream?

I had a dream of pursuing a specialized career, such as becoming a doctor or a pilot. However, my family owned a small business in the paper industry, and I was strongly influenced by my father, who worked from early morning until late at night every day. I saw firsthand how hard work can be. Ultimately, I remember having the belief that I wanted to do a job where I could help others, a job that would be appreciated, and a job where I could be the starting point for saving someone.
