Responsibilities
- I provide follow-up support to customers using our sponsorship plans. I work alongside them, tailoring proposals to their specific challenges and helping them think through how to attract the right talent. Additionally, I focus on creating a system for long-term recruitment, working together with customers to build a sustainable hiring process.

What’s the Good in Good News?
- It's a place where it's easy to approach and ask for advice. Although everyone is busy with their work, there's no "don't talk to me" vibe, so it's easy to have conversations, which helps work progress smoothly. The atmosphere between employees is great, and it's also a place where people often hang out together, playing futsal or golf, which I think is a unique and positive aspect.

What Are Your Thoughts on the Company’s Philosophy?
- When I was a student, I used to think that the adults I saw commuting looked like they were struggling. I believe that everyone's perspective on work is different, and there is no one right answer. Since a large portion of our lives is spent working, I think that when work is fulfilling, life becomes more enjoyable. Therefore, I want to work hard to help more people be able to work with energy and enthusiasm.

What Are Your Future Goals and Vision?
- As someone involved in the recruitment of professionals, my goal is to create a society where people can apply the knowledge they gained in school and work with enthusiasm. As a result, I hope to contribute as a member of Good News, helping to revitalize various industries.

Hobbies & Current Interests
- I support Vissel Kobe, so I attend almost every home game and cheer from behind the goal. I also go to a few away games every year. Last year, I even took a night bus for more than 10 hours one way to go to Niigata to watch a match.

What Was Your Childhood Dream?
- When I was little, I used to watch sentai shows and Kamen Rider every week, so they were figures I admired. When I became a elementary school student, I started spending more time watching baseball and going to games with my grandfather, which led me to join Little League baseball. At that time, Japan was winning the WBC, and I dreamed of becoming a professional baseball player and performing on a big stage.
