What Are Your Thoughts on the Company’s Philosophy?

When I first heard the phrase, “Creating a future where everyone can work together with vitality,” I felt a deep sense of resonance. During my job search, I had always wanted to challenge the common perception that “work equals hardship,” and instead promote the idea that “work can be fun.” I’ve always hoped to live that out myself, too.
Of course, there are tough times—no doubt about that! But that’s exactly why I believe it’s important to have a job that feels rewarding and enjoyable, especially after overcoming those challenges. This philosophy strongly aligned with my own, and made me feel genuinely inspired to help realize this vision through my work here. -
What Are Your Future Goals and Vision?

Personally, I value becoming a father who is respected by his children. I strive to balance both work and private life while maximizing time efficiency, so that my kids can see that work is something enjoyable.
Right now, my goal is to help solve the shortage of skilled professionals and raise awareness in society about the importance of these specialized careers. To achieve that, the continued growth of Careermap is essential. -
