- After interning at Good News during my student years, I joined the company and am now working as the manager of the Construction and Information Sales Team, focusing on the promotion of CareerMap. In the construction and IT industries, where recruitment is challenging, I utilize data and ideas to achieve results. Additionally, I am dedicated to organizing recruitment-related seminars and developing the skills of my team members.

What’s the Good in Good News?
- The uncertain future and the large amount of time spent facing tasks are key aspects I consider. In the face of recent changes in the new graduate recruitment market and the high difficulty level of recruiting for specialized roles, I feel that I spend a lot of time confronting things that "no one has done before." I believe that the sense of making the path chosen with my colleagues the right one contributes to my personal growth.

What Are Your Thoughts on the Company’s Philosophy?
- I don't believe that the goal of "creating a future where everyone can work together with vitality" is something that can be easily achieved. Also, I don't think I can become a superhero for the majority. First and foremost, I value helping the people I love within my reach. I hope that this small circle expands and leads to the vitality and excitement of everyone.

- I feel that I am being entrusted with more and more responsibilities, but I would like to expand the idea that when our colleagues or customers face difficulties, they can think, "Morisawa will figure it out."

What Was Your Childhood Dream?

"Soccer player"
I started playing soccer at the age of 4 and played as a center-back, but I admired Ronaldinho (laughs). I remember feeling very envious of how skilled and strong players were enjoying the game freely.
