What’s the Good in Good News?
- There is an environment in which you can devote yourself to work while raising your children. There is an atmosphere in which it is easy to prioritise family, even when children are unwell, not to mention the ability to work shorter hours, etc. The members of the team are also willing to work hard, as they are there for each and every one of us! The members are also willing to work hard.

What Are Your Thoughts on the Company’s Philosophy?
- First of all, I am conscious of embodying the philosophy myself. I want my own children to feel close to me that working is fun. My nephew used to worry about what would happen to him when he grew up, as he didn't study properly at school and his part-time job didn't last long… but he was so moved by the way his seniors worked at one of his part-time jobs that he started working diligently and is now a full-time employee and doing well. I believe that there is a place where anyone can play an active role, and I hope to create opportunities that can push people in various fields forward.

What Was Your Childhood Dream?
- When I was a child, I was asked what I wanted to be in the future. When asked, “What do you want to be in the future?”, I actually wanted to be a florist, but the boy next to me answered “a florist”, and for some reason I answered “a toy shop”, perhaps because I was reserved.
